Key features include coverage for annual eye exams to ensure your vision is in top shape. Benefits for prescription eyeglasses, including lenses and frames, as well as contact lenses. ID Cards
Unum makes it easy and convenient to access your benefits online - anywhere, anytime.
As of July 2025, Unum no longer sends out physical ID cards. See below with instructions on how to obtain your ID card or your coverage information.
- You can provide your Name, Date of Birth, and SSN to your provider and they can verify coverage through Unum with no hassle!
- Pull your ID card directly from your Benefits Wallet that is in the HealthJoy app.
- Go to www.unum.com and select 'Create an Account' on the login page. Once set up, you can pull your ID card on the portal.
