Retirement Savings Plan benefit

Invest in yourself and take advantage of your retirement savings plan benefit. Your 401(k) is a retirement savings plan where employees can contribute a portion of their paycheck, with a company match. These funds grow tax-free until withdrawal, offering a solid foundation for retirement. You have the option to elect a traditional 401(k) plan and/or a Roth 401(k) plan. The earlier you start, the more your savings can grow through compound interest.

Company Match:

  • You contribute 3% - KAP contributes 3%
  • You contribute 4% - KAP contributes 3.5%
  • You contribute 5% - KAP contributes 4%

*Maximum company contribution is 4%

Enrollment instructions and additional information will be provided to you by Human Resources.
